A favorite

One of my favorite blogs to read every day is hungry runner girl. She is so funny, but also she is a crazy fast runner. I love that she lives in Provo and a lot of her pictures include places I frequent all the time. Right now she is having a workout clothes giveaway. Click here to check it out! I think you might enjoy reading her blog every day too.

Long overdue

It's been almost two months since I've posted last. A lot has changed since that post. My baby is now an amazing sleeper and sleeps through the night. Wow! What a difference. I started to be more consistent in my workouts. I've still got some weight but glad to be back in the swing of things. I'm hoping to sign up for some races. My runs have only be 2-3 milers but I can tell that my breathing is getting better. Still sweating like an animal but feeling much better about my cardio.

A hard week

I was so pumped to start working out this week. I didn't care that my baby decided that nightime was stay up and play time. I went three days in a row, working every muscle possible and waddling like an old lady from all the muscle soreness. I had a hard time picking up the baby and my third child, but kept thinking it would go away soon. Then my milk supply started to slow down and has become pretty non existent. So I stopped. Now I'm worried it won't come back at all. It's all pretty frustrating to me. I don't want to stop working out but don't want to stop breastfeeding either. Plus I'm exhausted from sleepless nights, emotional, and I just want my cake and to eat it too. Yes, I'm whining.

Starting the Plan

Started this blog over a year ago just so I could keep track of my favorite running blogs. Now that baby is six weeks, I plan using this blog more as a way to keep track of my training and getting back into shape after this last baby. Ele girl is now six weeks and I woke up bright and early to hit the gym. I'm doing what I did with the last baby, the program live the life. I woke up, made my shake, did my arms/abs and cycling for about 25 min. It was hard and my arms felt like jello at the end. I just have to keep going. Day 1 is done!
